Breathe are a founding Strategic Alliance Member of the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance, and through doing so we make a major contribution to the national advocacy of arts in health. We contribute to key pieces of research, government policy and reporting including the All-Party Parliamentary Group report on Arts & Health, and the Greater London Authority’s Social Prescribing strategy for London. We work closely with the World Health Organisation and have collaborated on films, articles, events, reports and webinars, including their 2019 report on Arts and Health.

Speaking at conferences, events and conventions
The Breathe Team are regularly invited as Keynote speakers at conferences and events around the world, to share our insight, best practice and knowledge across the arts, cultural, academic and social enterprise sectors. Previous partners include the World Health Organisation, Creative Business Network, Cumbria University and TEDxNHS.

Breathe have advised some of the world’s leading academic and health institutions on how to embed arts and health into service design and delivery. Previous clients include NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and King’s College London.
Performances and creative content for events, awards ceremonies, conferences and festivals
Breathe’s exceptional participants are regularly asked to share their creative talents at conferences, awards ceremonies and events. In-person or video performances are guaranteed to bring life to any event and are the perfect way to demonstrate first-hand the transformative impact creativity and the arts can have on health and wellbeing. Recent previous event performances include The University of Nottingham’s Music Care Conference and The Health Service Journal’s (HSJ) Awards.
