FAQs for Students & Universities

Who can apply for a student placement?

We take applications from University students studying a range of courses and will aim to create a placement to suit the experience you are looking to gain. We also maintain relationships with several University Placement Coordinators who we arrange regular placements for each year.

When do you offer placements?

We offer placements all year round however due to the nature of some of our work being seasonal, dependent on the time of year of your placement we will be able to offer different experiences.

When can I apply?

We accept application for all our programmes on a rolling basis.

How do I apply?

Please send us a CV and short covering letter (no more than half a side) detailing what type of experience you would like to gain and whether there is a specific programme you are interested in becoming involved with.

Are the placements paid?

As a small social enterprise we are unable to provide payment for placements although we are happy to fill out time sheets if your University is providing payment and will cover any travel expenses if we require you to visit somewhere outside of our office.

For any other queries about our placements please do get in touch by emailing info@breatheahr.org or phoning the office on 020 3290 2013.
