Breathe Arts Health Research is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to manage all aspects of our multi-award winning Breathe Magic programme. This exciting and varied role will lead on the development and delivery of all of our Breathe Magic programmes within existing and new communities, supporting its expansion and development into new clinical and geographical areas. The Project Manager will work closely with our freelance team of Occupational Therapists and Magic Circle Magicians, in addition to key stakeholders in partner organisations to ensure a blended mix of clinical and artistic excellence is present across all strands of work.
The role requires a highly experienced Project Manager who has experience of collaboratively managing and administering complex programme delivery. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, is self-sufficient, has a high level of organisation and logistical management skills and has a track record of delivering high quality work. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential; the candidate must be highly professional, personable, kind and empathetic with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders including vulnerable people, families, healthcare professionals, artists and core Breathe staff.
