Working alongside the Senior Programme Manager, you will help coordinate the efficient, impactful and artistically excellent delivery of a range of programmes, including Breathe Dance for Strength and Balance and the Breathe Magic programmes (not limited to). You will support programme logistics, participant engagement and day-to-day delivery, helping ensure a high-quality experience for everyone involved.
This is a varied and people-focused role. You will act as a key point of contact for participants, healthcare professionals, artists, volunteers and partners, whilst supporting administration, communications, monitoring and evaluation across our programmes.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator and passionate about supporting people through creative health. Candidates should be personable, empathetic and confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, whilst managing multiple priorities and maintaining excellent attention to detail.

- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)Working pattern: 4 days per week (Thursday and Friday essential, other days flexible) Evening & weekend work required for which TOIL is granted.
- Location: Blended working with an office base in SE1 and regular attendance at programme delivery activities
