Join Our Team: Two New Programme Roles Available

We are pleased to be expanding our team and are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Manager and a Programme Officer to join us in supporting the delivery of our innovative arts and health programmes.

Programme Manager

This role will oversee the strategic development and innovative delivery of Breathe’s Melodies programmes, with a particular focus on our evidence-based and internationally regarded Breathe Melodies for Mums, programme, including:

  • Launching and leading our new Breathe Melodies for Dads and Breathe Melodies for Mums to be programmes, from Autumn 2026
  • Nurturing key stakeholders and partnerships, and identifying new areas for growth
  • Managing programme budgets, contracts and risk assessments, with close attention to detail
  • Leading and line managing a programme delivery team, and supporting Breathe’s wider creative programmes

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £34,000-£37,000

Working Days: Full time, 5 days a week

Programme Officer

This role will work within the programme delivery team, with a particular focus on the Breathe Melodies programmes. This includes our largest programme, Breathe Melodies for Mums, an evidence-based 10-week group singing programme supporting parental mental health and parent-infant bonding, as well as Breathe Melodies for Dads and Breathe Melodies for Mums to be, including:

  • Acting as a main point of contact for participants, supporting registration, attendance and signposting
  • Building a network of recruitment partners across health, social care and VCSE sectors, and undertaking outreach visits
  • Administering programme databases, contracts and risk assessments, and stewarding volunteers
  • Supporting evaluation and monitoring, including attendance logging and funding report data

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £30,000-£33,000

Working Days: 4 days/30 hours or 5 days/37.5 hours per week (will be considered for the right candidate)
