Breathe Visual Artist, Liz Atkin, guides participants through a calming workshop inspired by the work of well-known artists, giving the freedom to experiment and have fun in a non-competitive, open and friendly group.

Our hour long evening workshops allow staff to unwind after a busy working day and encourage staff to take important time for themselves to refocus, relax and recharge.

This absorbing workshop focusses on relaxing and reducing anxiety by channelling attention through simple yet captivating drawing activities, using accessible art materials that can be adapted to whatever you have at home.

Workshops are free and no previous drawing experience is necessary.
