Breathe Champions

All our programmes are specially designed to meet a specific health or wellbeing need which has been identified by the communities in which we work. We can only do this effectively by listening and working in collaboration with the participants and communities that we work with (some people refer to this as co-production).

This is hugely important to us and crucial in making sure the programmes and activities we deliver are relevant, accessible and make a difference to the health and happiness of those we work with.

I've followed Breathe since 2016 where we regularly enjoyed musicians playing to patients, and made the most of the Art of Portering programme... I'm very interested in the research that underpins the work and improves the service we provide. From music to magic, the art that Breathe makes (that's integral to the Trust) makes it a much more exciting place to work.

If you are a participant in one of Breathe’s programmes and you’re interested in becoming a Breathe Champion we’d LOVE to hear from you. Our Champions play such an important role in sharing our work in their communities, attending focus groups and events and giving feedback and ideas of how our programmes could be better.

If you’d like to find out more about becoming a Breathe Champion, please get in touch.
