ICS Staff Wellbeing Opportunities Winter 2024 - Breathe

ICS Staff Wellbeing Opportunities Winter 2024

Thu 24 Oct

Breathe are excited to be continuing our dynamic range of arts-based workshops this winter to support primary, social and health care staff wellbeing across South East London.

We’re kicking off our winter programme with popular weekly drop-in workshops such as drawing and dance as well as lots of exciting taster sessions, bringing our amazing artists to your doorstep!

You can find out more about the sessions below and register here.

We’re also delivering bespoke arts-based wellbeing workshops, specifically for primary and social care teams. Contact info@breatheahr.org to find out more.

This programme is commissioned by South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) from November 2024 to April 2025.

“My feedback can only be 10/10 for these classes! It’s the reason I’m excited to have to go to work. It helps socialising with other co-workers in a scenario that we would probably never find ourselves in, we laugh like crazy, we exercise and learn new things… these hours make my headache disappear!”
